I called 3 appliance repair company's locally (Pasco / Hernando) and they all told me they didn't know how to repair front load washers. It was a Maytag front loader by the way. Maytag told me 3 days until they could come out to service and repair my washer. I have three children and was already behind on my laundry, I called your company and your very pleasant technician Dave came out and had me up and running within three hours of my call. Dave was able to fit me in with very short notice and was very prompt, very courteous, and very professional. After inspecting my refrigerator, he suggested that it would be better to get a new fridge that to try and repair the fridge that most likely would not work. I appreciate the fact that instead of trying just to make more money, he was honest and was thinking in my best interest. I would DEFINITELY use Dave again.
