It's obvious that Appliance Quest has a focus on customer service. I needed my range fixed knowing this was not a new unit I thought there was no way the part would even be available, but Dave found one for me! Living on a fixed income it is nice knowing Appliance Quest is not out to rip people off. Nice job!

I called 3 appliance repair company's locally (Pasco / Hernando) and they all told me they didn't know how to repair front load washers. It was a Maytag front loader by the way. Maytag told me 3 days until they could come out to service and repair my washer. I have three children and was already behind on my laundry, I called your company and your very pleasant technician Dave came out and had me up and running within three hours of my call.
