Dave from Appliance Quest was great. A nice guy. He was extremely prompt in responding to my work request and scheduled a time that was sooner than I expected. He was right on time for the appointment, explained what he was doing throughout the process and was able to get my refrigerator working again. I am so thankful to have not had to replace the compressor. The refrigerator is still cooling very well. The cost for this service was reasonable and saved me from greater expenses at this time. I would definitely use Dave from Appliance Quest again. Thanks so much, Dave Great job!

Dave was very personable, professional, and efficient. I thought I had a fan going out in my freezer, and he could have replaced the fan, but instead he went to the root of the problem and saved me the cost of the fan with a much simpler fix. I really appreciated that.
